Personal Data Protection Law

Mod Cosmetic respects your privacy and attaches great importance to your data security. In this context, this text has been prepared in order to inform and enlighten you within the scope of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (the “Law”) and other relevant legislation. 

Identity of 1.Data Controller 

Your personal data may be processed by Mod Cosmetic  in the capacity of data controller, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”), within the scope described below.

2. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA 

a) Carrying out the necessary operational activities within the company in order to ensure that your personal data, products and services offered by our company can be offered to you, 

b) Carrying out the necessary studies with the relevant business unit and business partners in order to offer our customers products and services that are suitable for your consumption and purchase motivation,

c) Human resource management is provided by our Company, ensuring the rights of real persons, taking necessary steps by our Company to make, implement and execute commercial decisions, real and legal persons with whom we have business relations and these Ensuring legal security arising from relations,

d) Follow-up of Finance and Accounting Affairs, 

e)Planning and Execution of Business Continuity Activities, 

f) Planning, auditing and execution of information security processes, 

g) Creation and management of information technologies infrastructure, 

h) Planning and execution of corporate communication activities,

j) Planning and execution of information access authorizations of business partners and suppliers,

l)Planning and execution of activities, 

m) Planning and execution of supply chain management processes, 

n)Planning and execution of corporate governance activities, 

o) Planning and executing the activities of carrying out effectiveness/efficiency and appropriateness analyzes of business activities, 

p)Planning and Execution of Corporate Sustainability Activities 

q) Follow-up of contractual processes and/or legal requests, 

r) Planning and execution of product and/or services sales processes, 

s)Planning and execution of customer relations management processes, 

t)Planning and/or execution of after-sales support services activities, 

u)Collection and evaluation of customer complaints, requests and suggestions,

v) Planning and execution of additional services supporting the sale,

w) Planning and/or execution of loyalty and campaign management processes and customer satisfaction activities. 

3. CIRCUMSTANCES WHERE PERSONAL DATA MAY BE PROCESSED WITHOUT CONSENT

Your Personal Data may be processed by Mod Cosmetic    in the capacity of Data Controller, without seeking your express consent in the following cases:

a) Being obligatory for the protection of the life or bodily integrity of himself or another person, who is unable to express his consent due to actual impossibility or whose consent is not given legal validity,

b) It is necessary to process the personal data of the parties to the contract, provided that it is directly related to the performance of the contract,

c) It is mandatory in order to fulfill our legal obligations as a data controller,

d) The person concerned has been made public by himself,

e) Data processing is mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right,

f) Provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject, data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, based on any of the conditions, it can be used for the purposes we will specify below.
